Every morning, upon arriving at work..the first thing i do is to read my email. And of course, there will be an entire list of things for me to write. Since, all i do is write..i take one hour each day to surf the net and read up on some blogs to get ideas.

LIE!!

Every morning, i rush to work and instantly check my blog and read Perez Hilton and the whole list of other celebrity blogs. Once im satisfied, i go down to buy some breakfast and then check my mail and worry about the long list of work that needs to be done. Finally, at around 11 or 12, i start writing.

Yes, i know..i have bad work ethics. But, i finish all my work on time and regardless of how hard my assignment may be..i try my best to complete it.

Okay..enough about me.. Let's gossip about people.. ( i can see you smiling already)

Ally told me this story about her friend's friend. The girl was losing weight drastically and her friend's began to suspect that she was taking pills or going to some slimming center. But, she denied it..and..her excuse for losing weight was that..SHE WAS DYING OF CANCER! I mean, c'mon..if you want to lie..then please tell a nicer lie lah..Her friends finally found out that she was indeed visiting a slimming centre.

Which brings me back to my story..

A friend borrowed some money from another friend. After nearly a year, the friend still hasn't payed back.When contacted, she gave this lie.." i was sexually assaulted, my arms and legs are fractured, i'm emotionally disturbed and i lost your number'..This is a blatant lie because..she has been contacting me and she never told me anything about sexually assaulted- falling down the stairs-and what not.

Which brings me to the question of lying..

WE all lie at some point or another. But, i think when you start lying at a daily basis..then, i think you have a serious problem. These people are pathological liars. They lie even at instances when they can just tell the truth. Coming back to my friend, okay..she can lie to escape from paying back the money..but, she lies about everything..

" I just got an acting offer"
" everyone wants me to be their gf lah"
" i got offered to work at nearly 5 places already"
"everyone says i look like an actress"

Don't ask me how i know these are lies ok..Some are pretty obvious..some of her lies are not consistent, so she's constantly creating new stories. I cannot take it already!! You know, im very polite and nice and i have a problem with confronting people and telling them off.
